Georgeta RATA currently works as an Associate Professor at the Banat University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine in Timisoara (Romania). She has a BA in French and English and a PhD in Linguistics from the University of Bucharest (Romania). Her main areas of interest include languages, communication, education sciences. She has published Expressing Disagreement in French and Romanian (Introduction to Pragmatic Linguistics) (1996), Contributions to the Theory of Communication (1998), and co-edited Social Sciences Today: Between Theory and Practice (2010), Academic Days of Timisoara: Social Sciences Today (2011). Patricia-Luciana RUNCAN currently works as a Senior Lecturer at the West University of Timisoara (Romania). She has a BA in Sociology from the same University, a BA in Law from the "Tibiscus" University of Timisoara, and a PhD in Sociology from the West University of Timisoara. She authored: Social Workers Face to Face with Their Clients (2006), Social Work: Family and Child (2008), Child Protection in Romania (2009), The National System of Social Work (2009), Depression in the Elderly (2010), Successful Scientific Paper in Humanities (2010), and The Case Management Method (2011). Hasan ARSLAN currently works as an Associate Professor at the "Onsekiz Mart" University of Canakkale (Turkey). He has a BA in Educational Administration and Supervision from the Hacettepe University of Ankara (Turkey), an MA in Educational Administration and a PhD in Higher Education from the American University of Washington, DC (U.S.A.). His research interests are educational administration student leadership, multicultural education, and higher education policy. He authored Turkish Educational System and School Administration (2010) and Class Management (2011).
