Notă biografică

Natascha Meuser, born 1967, is a self-employed architect and publisher working and living in Berlin. From 1987 to 1991 Natascha studied interior design at the Rosenheim University of Applied Science. After taking her degree (Dipl.-Ing.) in 1991 she moved to Chicago to study architecture at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where she took a Master of Architecture in 1993. Alongside her academic studies she held placements and scholarships in Greece (set design) and Italy (painting). In 1996 she co-founded their own architectural practice with Philipp Meuser. From 1999 to 2002 she wrote the column Berliner Zimmer for Der Tagesspiegel, one of Berlin's major daily newspapers. In 2000 she was invited to join the German architects' association, Bund Deutscher Architekten BDA. From 2000 to 2005 Natascha taught classes on Building Law and Building Administration at the Berlin University of Technology. She also organized and coordinated international student workshops at the UIA 2002 in Berlin and at the American University of Sharjah (2004). Natascha is a regular speaker at business networking events and has published widely. Her most recent publication is Architectural Drawings (2013) in the Construction and Design Manual series.
