It's 1965 in a small town in Massachusetts. Linda is a quiet girl ready to make friends. Wendy Wei is the new girl, originally from Hong Kong. Linda understands what it is like to be new and she quickly introduces herself to Wendy. Soon they are joined by Judy Weinstein who impresses the other two with her quick thinking.
