Significant changes to the politics, religion, technology, commerce and the increasing accessibility of global transport spreads several members of the De Soto, De Lyma and Da Gama families (both Moslem and Catholic) far and wide: to Lisbon, Nagasaki, Madrid, Goa, Zurich, Malacca and Istanbul.
