This regulation implements the policies and procedures contained in Department of Defense Directive 3200.11, Department of Defense Directive 5000.1, Department of Defense Directive 5000.2, and the Defense Acquisition Guidebook and specifically prescribes implementing policies for the Army's testing and evaluation program. Revised in August 2006.
