Army Techniques Publication ATP 4-02.1 Army Medical Logistics This publication describes Army MEDLOG capabilities and their role in sustaining the AHS mission. Medical logistics support for units in the operating force is the primary focus of this publication. However, MEDLOG capabilities in the generating force are also addressed to present a clear picture of the Army resources and infrastructure required to sustain the AHS mission. The integration of operating and generating force capabilities provide strategic efficiency, which enables the seamless delivery of AHS support from the point of injury through successive roles of care to the continental United States (CONUS)-support base.
