This study provides important findings of arsenic in the diet and drinking water that will enhance scientific risk assessment for arsenic. The results from the cooking studies, the market basket survey, the diary analysis, and the relationships between environmental and biological media obtained in this study may be used in scenario-based models that predict arsenic exposures.
