Notă biografică
ANN ALBRITTON, is Professor Emerita at Ringling College of Art and Design. She taught Art History, including contemporary issues of art in a global context, Latin American art, and art of the African Diaspora. Albritton served as chair of the College Art Association (CAA) International Committee when the CAA Getty Travel Grant Project began. In 2014, she co-chaired the international committee panel, "Topics in Global Art History: Historical Connections" and in 2016 presented a paper at the World Congress of Art History in Beijing, China. Albritton earned her PhD from the Graduate Center, CUNY, focusing on modern and contemporary art. GWEN FARRELLY, is currently completing her PhD at the Graduate Center, CUNY, where she focuses on the historiography, museum histories, and theories and global art histories. She is also the Executive Director of RISD Global at Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), Providence and serves on the International Committee for the College Art Association and International Council of Art 21.
