David F. Travers war Herausgeber und Redakteur von Arts & Mendenhall. Darüber hinaus war er Gründungsmitglied von Action for a Better Los Angeles und Präsident der Architectural Guild der Universität von Südkalifornien. Er lebt in Santa Monica, Kalifornien.
