My name is Artur (Arthur) Katny. It is very difficult for me to say "who I am" because of how much I've changed, but primarily, I can say that I'm an observer. I kind of had to be. You see, life dealt me a very fearful set of cards. Unlike most people, I could not speak when I wanted to; I stuttered severely in new, unknown, social situations. This "condition" kept me from living any sort of meaningful life, and the older I became, the more it seemed to restrict. Slowly, something inside of me started to break. I began questioning so many prior decisions and why I had ended up where I was that it drove me crazy. It seemed as if my mind was always on my case for doing something wrong, not living the way I should be. Finally things became so bad that I had to look elsewhere for answers, seek truth outside of myself and what I "know." Observe. In an altogether different way. Ascendance is the story of what I found. I'm an independent consultant. I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, with concentrations in Physics and Biology. I'm a graduate of Landmark Education, and a self-studied financial professional beginning in insurance and mutual funds, to futures, options and currencies.
