Recenzii
The contributors are all practicing lawyers with close familiarity with arbitration at national or transnational levels...A sturdy and reliable work of reference...A concluding chapter on International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) arbitrations in Asia lends further value to the book.
The books exhaustive scope both in terms of covered jurisdictions and content for each jurisdiction make it a valuable addition to arbitration practitioners and in-house counsel concerned with arbitration in Asia.
A truly impressive effort at assembling information and insights from the world's most populous continent.
Given its broad coverage, and the increasing significance of Asia in the world of international arbitration, it is an important addition to literature on the subject
An encyclopaedic cornucopia of Asia's laws and practices.
