Rebecca L. Mugridge is Dean of University Libraries at the University at Albany - State University of New York, USA. Prior to this she was Associate Director for Technical Services and Library Systems. She has worked at the Pennsylvania State University (Penn State), State College, USA; Yale University, New Haven, USA; Robert Morris University, Moon, USA; and the University of Pittsburgh, USA. Ms. Mugridge has a BA in history from Penn State, an MLS from the University of Pittsburgh, and an MBA from Robert Morris University.
