The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) received a management request for a health hazard evaluation at a middle school in Texas, which had been evaluated a year earlier. The request was to look at the indoor environmental quality (IEQ) at the school after mold remediation and remodeling had been completed. NIOSH findings and recommendations are detailed.
