Notă biografică
Jacque Burandt, MEd, president of Award-winning Results, is passionate about transforming organizations through people development, creating top performers and leaders at all levels, and enhancing organizational and individual visibility, prestige, and pride through achieving awards and recognition for her clients' great work. She authored the TD at Work "Create an Exceptional Learning Culture" in 2019 and has facilitated this topic at many ATD events, including the closing keynote at the ATD Houston Chapter's 2020 Fall Symposium. A proven expert in creating an award-winning culture, Jacque led the Center for Learning Excellence at University Health to win eight ATD BEST Awards and ATD's first Innovation in Talent Development Award. University Health has won more BEST Awards than any other nonprofit organization in the world. Niranjani Chidamber Papavaritis is the project manager for healthcare training content at ATD. In her role, she creates resources for healthcare trainers and practitioners by bridging areas of learning and development with topics specific to the industry, thereby improving employee and organizational skill sets. Niranjani has been passionate about healthcare since her youth, having spent summers volunteering at the Sri Sathya Sai Institute for Higher Medical Sciences--a hospital in rural India that offers patients state-of-the-art services at no cost. Before coming to ATD, Niranjani worked under UnitedHealth Group at Optum, specializing in business development. She served as a trusted partner and business advisor to hospital executives, ensuring health systems provided high-quality patient care. Gregory Rider is director, corporate compliance for EmblemHealth, one of the nation's largest not-for-profit health plans serving more than 3 million people in the New York City and tristate area. In this role, he directs compliance communication, training, and other compliance governance functions. He is also the founder and leader of Prism, the LGBTQ employee resource group, and sits on the company's diversity, equity, and inclusion council. Prior to joining EmblemHealth, Greg worked in compliance education for NYU Langone Medical Center, where he designed, developed, and launched online compliance courses for 20,000 users of the medical center's LMS and facilitated live classroom training in several sites across New York City.
