Atlas to Freedom's Lair

Autor Gary Zink
en Limba Engleză Paperback
In 1978, the author gained access to secret information more provocative and arguably more controversial than was the information leaked to the world by the traitor Edward Snowden. Except, Snowden stole classified information and treasonously released what he stole. In contrast, the author received his information from the public record, right out in the open for all the world to find and see for themselves. For decades this vital information, necessary for the advancement of individual liberty was encrypted in congressional gibberish and impossible to decipher until the correct decryption key was found buried in an old but very relevant Supreme Court case. The author is today adamant that failure to disclose what he has discovered is no less treasonous than was Snowden's classified information dump. That decryption key, having now been applied to the entire 155-year history of American income tax law, reveals a secret no one in government is brave enough to admit or even discuss. The result of that investigation is found in the new book from a man who actually fought in the trenches against tax injustice. Unfortunately, the author would lose some battles, but in the end, history will prove he ultimately won the war. In effort to redeem earlier defeats, yet find the evidence his successes proved must exist somewhere, the author is proud to present the result of 30 years of research in a book 6 years in the making; Atlas to Freedom's Lair. The purpose of this book and the report of its author is two-fold. 1. It is offered as the only viable antidote to the failed tax reform efforts of the past 25 years. Every Presidential election cycle, the issue comes up again and again; yet, nothing is done to achieve the lofty goal. The reason nothing ever happens is because the federal income tax is voluntarily practiced by the People in a manner which was never anticipated by the original architects of the law in Congress; neither does their practice follow the law as it is actually written in the statutes and upheld as proper by the Supreme Court. 2. This report is also illustrative of the fact that people are, in fact, squandering a perfectly reasonable opportunity to affect their own tax reform with a provision that currently exists within the Internal Revenue laws of the United States. On December 30, 1969 Congress enacted the Tax Reform Act of 1969; a law which is otherwise a total mystery to everybody, until now. Atlas to Freedom's Lair throws light on the historical context of federal income tax law demonstrating exactly how people that simply work for a living (but whom neglect the significance of this serious opportunity Congress provided the employee since 1969), needlessly grant unwarranted power to the IRS and are probably paying more federal income taxes than they actual owe and also submitting tax forms not always required. It is finally time for the People to take matters into their own hands and send a message to the knuckleheads in government reminding them of who is the real boss of this nation. Happily, on one hand there is finally a solution albeit 75 years late; sadly on the other, there is no other remedy on the table but that offered today within the Atlas to Freedom's Lair.
