I would like to think of myself as a small town Sothern Belle type of person. I'm a vibrant, spitfire person, and I love to have fun at the spur of the moment. Most importantly, I want to protect my family in any situation. Have you ever thought why God put certain people in your life? He picked your family and close friends. I have customers who have been coming in my beauty shop for the last thirty-three years. I call them my extended family. Some of my customers have been really close, like one who wanted me to take care of her finances because she had no family and I was closer to her than anyone. And then I had a customer who had dementia, and she always wanted to pay me with makeup, lipstick, eyeliner, or any kind of makeup. And one Lady Mamie said she thought I was going to kill my son by letting him come to the beauty shop with all that hairspray and chemicals. Well, this is a story for another book later on. I know that God put all these people in my life for a reason. I thank God for each person he has put in my life regardless of how they got there. I hope that when you read my book, you will find funny chapters and see the love in the whole book. I pray that you will see the love I have for others and the love God gave me through the whole story.
