Recenzii
It covers a huge subject area in an accessible and readable way. The layout is good and helps the reader access areas of particular interest. The best thing about the book is the quality and relevance of the illustrations.
This book is an excellent text explaining the importance of drawing for animation with relevant illustrations.
This is an extraordinary book about drawing for animation. This is a book with significant amount of fully-colored and amazing pictures, and I personally would love to own it. This will be a perfect book for a course like "drawing for animation" or "storyboards and animation," etc.
A good book that gives the reader a good insight into the working processes of a range of animators. There is a good range of how to/developing ideas and animations with some very practical and achievable advice.
Another very good book from Paul Wells, it is highly recommended reading for animation students.
This is excellent in terms of historically accurate content. I am particularly interested in the storyboarding content ... it is outstanding in terms of being easily read and well illustrated.
This is has been an invaluable book to me since I first received a copy. It has reinforced many of the themes I have previously covered in lectures. It is very useful that the book underpins the theory content with the experiences of working animators.
