Recenzii
This makes an essential read for any would be illustrator/designer or visual communication student and should feature on every art college library bookshelf.
I am pleased to say that these books are well thought out, relevant to our industry, well designed for today's students and appropriately priced ... You hit it on the head with these illustration texts ... your format is unique and I believe it will speak to students.
I will be recommending Text and Image to my students as a 'must have' book. Good visual examples and interesting case studies giving an insight into self-publishing and working on briefs integrating text with image.
Informative, encouraging, inspirational and clear.
Excellent range of image/text combinations, up-to-date and visually both informative and exciting!
A very useful introduction for undergraduate students.
The book contains great images, project starting-off points, general concepts and ideas for illustration students.
The book is extremely good, explaining the content clearly and simply for the audience to understand. We will be recommending it to the first year students of the degree course.
