"Battling the Enemy Within" FEAR How to live a fearless life This book mean so much to me. I wrestle with fear daily. It's something that overcomes my spirit at times, I feel paralyzed. I know there are many people that battle with fear everyday as well. Trust me the information in this book, the short stories, the quotes, you will feel lifted and unstoppable. You will find that fear is just a powerful verb. I learned a very long time ago that fear is like having a designer purse with no savings account, a goal with no plan, a job with no benefits. In this book I will explain this theory through several short stories. Through Faith, being Empowered, Ambition, and recognizing that you are Remarkable, my friends you will find your savings account is suddenly being filled with riches, your goals are being met because you have a sense of direction, and your job never did produce benefits, so you moved to another level and started living your passion. It took some time for me to understand how to manage my fear. Understanding the 4 principles in this book helped me along the way. When I reach back into my life, there are so many situations where Fear dictated the outcome. If I could just reach back and deal with fear like I do today, my outcomes would have been much grander. That's why this book is designed for teenagers, adults, all races, and genders. I purposely did this. I want to touch everyone. I want to see you live a Fearless life It's attainable. Trust, Fear not Ride fear like that wild horse you always wanted to ride. Handle it Make good decisions, have faith, surround yourself with ambitious people. I remember when I was 24 years old and a tragedy struck my family. I was paralyzed by fear. I remember becoming sick for three days, just numb. It's like everything I learned about Faith was lost at that very moment. My ambition to help with the situation was gone. I couldn't empower anyone, and most importantly I couldn't see anything remarkable about me. This was the beginning of me realizing Fear is just a verb. Paralyzing yes, but could I beat it to help my family with the situation, "Yes." Through meditation, prayer, and just re-focusing my brain into a space of solitude, slowly I regained my Faith. I began to think good thoughts. I used my knowledge to assist my family with the current situation. Gaining knowledge helped me to find my ambition, my ambition to live again. I became empowered because I was educated on what and how I could help them. When I reflect back, I remember my mother leaning on me harder for information. My fear was gone; she empowered me to read more. I felt great inside just being able to gain this traction to help others with their fear. It literally transcended to my family, we became a force to be reckoned with. We were living a life fearlessly This, my friends, is why I set out to write this book. So many of us have so many stories to tell about Fear and how it paralyzed us. Some of you never knew what fear looked like, you just knew what it felt like. You are just like me.
