This book is a book about the spectacular building Bay City Hall in Bay City, Michigan. This building was built in 1897 with the rebirth or reincarnation circa 2014. Actually the reopening was December 12, 2013, three years of construction It took longer to rebuild this building than it took to build the Mackinac Bridge.
