BE Attitudes: The Relationship Manual was developed out of a desire to create a hands-on-relationship guide to enhance intimacy by improving communication, problem solving and conflict management skills. This couples intimacy workbook helps all couples to think and talk about their way of communicating. One goal is to change habits of HOW things are said that create barriers to working out problems. Another goal is to replace negative attitudes about relationship work and about eachother for positive ones. I believe couples in long term relationships carry unhelpful thoughts, scripts about their partner. These are additional barriers to intimacy.
