Cancer. The very word strikes fear into our hearts. Can we have victory over this disease even when the final result is not what we had hoped? As a direct result of her illness, Erin and the entire Havey family came to know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. It is difficult to find anyone who has not been affected by cancer or some other life-threatening illness. Why a loving God would allow anyone, especially a child, to suffer the horrible effects of a debilitating disease is incomprehensible to most.
