Notă biografică

Derrick Gibson is a former street hustler, drug dealer, optician, and paralegal. He is presently the author of three novels. Derrick-born and raised in the mean streets of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-was educated in the Philadelphia school system, then to the school of hard knocks: Glen Mills Reform School, Philadelphia County Prison, Philadelphia Department of Corrections, and eventually the Federal Bureau of Prisons before calling it quits. Derrick gravitated to his penmanship producing his first book Before Orange was the New Black, and is also producing two other novels, 6-O-Kings Chesseing and 6-O-Kings Brass Brothers.
