Bella Bear, "I am a Big Sister" Children's non-fiction picture book introducing the letters of the alphabet. The story is about a little bear who is learning that she is going to have a little sister. Bella Bear is encouraged by her mother to participate in picking a name for her new sister. Bella Bear enjoys singing the alphabet song along with her mama. The story is fictional, however, the incentive is based on concrete knowledge and learning processes for children ages three to six. The story is interesting, educational and witty. Children will learn from the Bella Bear's story and her increasing knowledge of the alphabets and the sounds of the letters. The book is illustrated and combined with photos that are taken of concrete objects that which children are familiar with.
