Notă biografică

Jan Williams grew up in Borth, Ceredigion, later going on to live in Canada and England. She is a teacher, writer and award-winning storyteller and founded the Essex Story Tellers group, which has been commissioned to work on various local history projects. She is the author of 'Essex Folk Tales', 'Essex Folk Tales for Children', 'An Amazing Storytelling Cat' and 'The Ghost of Pendlesham Priory'. She is the great-granddaughter of Captain John Evans, the subject of this book.
