This is a book of adventure, romance, decision, and time travel to one of history's most talked about times-- the Civil War. The Battle of Mansfield, LA was fought and won-- against all odds. Ms. Blythe lives in the old homestead in east Texas. She has three children and six grandchildren in southwest Louisiana, close enough to reach the same day. She has six grandchildren in Tennessee, also-- way too far off in her opinion. She also has three tremendous siblings and a great brother-in-law! Annabelle spent her early years working in retail, cosmetology and nursing. She has been free-lance writing and working on novels for the past ten years. Fifty-percent of the profits from her books goes towards establishing Hope Rose Home for Unwed Mothers in her area. Her burden is to train the mothers, and the young men connected, in careers and community service. This will be coupled with the staff teaching them parenting skills and about the Lord Jesus Christ.
