Ricky St. Pierre, an amoral career criminal, concocts a blackmail scam so heinous that even hardened police and prosecutors are horrified. In the process, lives are ruined and a stepdaughter is viciously betrayed. Out of the ruins created by the scheme, three couples find each other. The stepdaughter, Lizzie Smith is left to seek redemption.
