Better by the Letter: Educator Edition

Sandi Washburn is a Behavior & Wellness Coach in her local school district, a professional development provider to community support agencies, and a trainer/speaker at national conferences for educators. She has authored one book prior to this, a children's book on the topic of loss titled "Good Night, Grandma". Drawing from her degree in Behavioral Medicine, 25+ years of experience teaching and training, and her life as a single parent of triplets, Sandi shares practical strategies for maintaining emotional and physical health through humor, play, and storytelling. When she's not working, you can typically find her walking or running with her dog, listening to podcasts, and otherwise enjoying the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
