Dawn held positions such as Corporate Vice President of Training, Vice President of Operations, and Vice President of Human Resources with Harrah's Entertainment and Caesar's Entertainment. She was awarded the highest leadership award within Harrah's Entertainment by the Chairman of the Board, Phil Satre. As founder and Chief Heart Officer of Going All In Performance Group, Dawn's passion lies in inspiring people to become their best selves, personally and professionally.
