GLENN D. WALTERS is Clinical Psychologist and Coordinator of the Drug Abuse Program, Psychology Services, Federal Correctional Institutional-Schuylkill, Pennsylvania./e In addition to his work with the federal prison system, Dr. Walters teaches graduate level courses at Chestnut Hill College and undergraduate classes at the Schuylkill branch of Penn State University. Dr. Walters has published eight earlier books on criminal or drug issues.
