Faulty preaching on the unconditional love of God is prevalent in our day. True believers, even newly born again in Christ, often ask, "What did I hear in that sermon about God and His love? Was that biblical? Is that really the kind of love God has or that I am to have for others?" What is often openly being taught is actually a sin-permissive perversion of God's agape love. It is no wonder believers find their hearts' troubled over such messages. In this book, the various types of love are discussed, with the emphasis on God's agape love. It covers how God's love operates in us and how it differs from other kinds of love. It identifies this love, its relationship to God's truth and holiness as well as its relationship to suffering and sacrifice in believers' lives.
