Bruce E. Winston is Professor of Business and Leadership at Regent University, USA. He previously served as Dean of the School of Leadership Studies. He has authored and edited several books related to biblical approaches to modern management.
Mihai C. Bocarnea is Associate Professor of Business and Leadership at Regent University, USA. His present research interests include organizational communication, cross-cultural leadership, servant leadership, organizational change, and pedagogy of online learning.

Based on interviews with employees, the chapters present empirical studies confirming the scales' validity and reliability, rooted in principles aligned with Biblical concepts of love.
