Imad Antoine Ibrahim, Ph.D. (2020), Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies, Pisa, Italy. Research Assistant Professor as the Center for Law & Development of the College of law, Qatar University. He has published several articles and studies on transboundary water resources from an international water law perspective, including Legal Implications of the Use of Big Data in the Transboundary Water Context (Springer, 2020).

Rafael Dean Brown, J.D. (2002), Qatar University College of Law is a Clinical Assistant Professor at that university. His scholarships includes the regulation of artificial intelligence, data, and cybersecurity.

Jon Truby, Ph.D (2011) Newcastle University, UK), Director of the Centre for Law & Development and Associate Professor of Law at the College of Law, Qatar University. His scholarships include artificial intelligence law, Blockchain and financial technology, and sustainability law.
