Getting over your best friend shouldn't be this hard. Plus-size Molly Sampson has had it-with herself and her best friend Benjamin Davis. And, well, his perfect girlfriend Emery, too. It's time to get over Benjamin. Stat. At least that's what she decides in the early hours of New Year's Day. Fed up-and, okay, nervous-Molly sets her Getting Over Benjamin Plan into motion. Except, well, she hadn't counted on so many bad dates. Or quitting her job. And definitely not meeting Joe Connolly, a guy she can't help but be drawn to even if she suspects he has as many secrets as she does. When Benjamin and Emery break up, Molly's thrown into a bit of a tailspin and faced with one of the toughest decisions of her life-choosing the relative security of what she knows, or taking a leap of faith into the great unknown and finally believing that big girls need love too.

Aubrey has been reading and writing since she was about two and a half and has been an avid romance reader since she read her first romance novel in the 6th grade. She wrote her first novel in high school. It was an imaginative historical romance that involved a cross-country trip via covered wagon, and maybe some Indians. She thinks it's still on a floppy disk somewhere (DOS computer, y'all), but can't be too sure. These days, she writes contemporary romance with a lot of humor and sass and characters that have issues. She graduated from Seton Hill University's Writing Popular Fiction program with a Master of Arts in 2008. When she's not writing, she can be found with her husband and their two dogs at home in Austin, on their ranch in west Texas, watching a football or baseball game, or with her nose stuck in a (usually virtual) book.
