This is the first of a series of stories about the adventures of Biggie the Chihuahua who is an alien dog from somewhere in the cosmos. His mission is to help animals and to teach children about the environment and about taking responsibility for the way we live and the power we have to help the planet. The story takes place on earth where a frog is troubled because environmental issues have turned his pond turned into no place to play. He relates his situation to Biggie who pledges to help Froggie. Together the two friends think about how to solve Froggie's problem. Deciding to engage the help of children, the two friends form a plan. Biggie invents a game called "Biggies Says"; using the game they set the kids to work and in no time the children through their efforts help to fix Froggie's pond.
