Recenzii

I demand that my support staff are podium-level people themselves - not just the riders. With this book Phil has confirmed that he is at the top of his field in the world.
My advice has always been to seek expert advice from experienced cyclists, coaches or physios, or from a reputable bike shop. But now there is another option, and that is to consult Phil's book.
Phil Burt has spent more time looking at bike-fitting issues with more of the world's top athletes and across more disciplines than any other person on the planet.
My thighs can vouch for the fact that Phil Burt has the best (bike-fitting) hands in the business.
What Phil Burt doesn't know about bike position probably isn't worth knowing: all his knowledge and his years of experience are distilled in this book. Phil has worked closely with the very best and their gold medals and other successes attest to how effective he is at helping cyclists find their optimum position and fulfil their potential.
Phil knows my body and its injuries better than anyone. Over the years he has successfully rehabilitated me many times and fine-tuned my bike position to allow me to be as optimal as possible. He's world class at what he does.
Phil's known me since I was in the British Cycling academy, and I'd trust him with any injury and how to accommodate it on the bike.
It is good to see a comprehensive book focused solely on bike fit. Phil has done an excellent job at compiling the research and sharing his world class experience of bike fitting
if you believe as I do that positioning will always be a blend of good science and good judgement, I think you can feel confident that both can be found between the covers of this book
an excellent book...for the modern-day cyclist.
This book fills a real gap between the poor DIY fitting advice commonly available and expensive professional bike fits... a genuinely enjoyable read, the advice is clear and easy to apply and it should be part of any cyclist's library.
