Raymond H. W. Lam is an Associate Professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at City University of Hong Kong.
Weiqiang Chen is an Assistant Professor in the Departments of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and Biomedical Engineering at New York University.
