Notă biografică
Dr Kiran Babu Uppuluri graduated from the Faculty of Chemical Engineering, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, and is currently working as an associate professor in the Department of Biotechnology, School of Chemical and Biotechnology, SASTRA Deemed University, Thanjavur. For the past eighteen years, he has been engaged in developing, modelling, optimizing, and intensifying a bioprocess for various biochemicals like biofuels, therapeutic enzymes, and biopolymers. The primary focus is on the utilization of agricultural feedstocks for the production of biofuels. Dr Kiran has also been involved in the bioprospecting of indigenous fungi. He has more than 50 peer-reviewed international publications and has delivered numerous oral and posters presentations in numerous international meetings.
Dr. Rangabhashiyam Selvasembian is currently working as Head and associate professor in the Department of Environmental Science and Engineering, School of Engineering and Sciences, SRM University-AP, India. He received his doctorate degree from National Institute of Technology, Calicut, India. He was awarded post-doctoral fellowship by Max Planck Institute for Dynamics of Complex Technical Systems, 2015, Germany. His major research interests are waste valorization and wastewater treatment. He has published more than 130 peer-reviewed articles and edited 8 books. Dr Rangabhashiyam Selvasembian was listed in Top 2% (2021, 2022 and 2023) most cited research scientists in the world as per data published by Stanford University USA.
