Notă biografică

Pramod Dhal, a well-known wildlife photographer as well as an Author, is himself a strong voice of Conservation of Birds in Odisha. He along with his only daughter has authored the first of its kind masterpiece "Birds of Odisha - A pictorial Encyclopedia" which is monumental. He has been writing short real-life stories in various magazines in Odia. He has also been taking extensive tour all over Bharat especially National Parks and has documented more than fifty wild tigers and has been engaged in studies of tiger's behaviour in wild as well.Pramod Dhal is a multifaceted personality. He started his career as a Sailor in Indian Navy; and during the course of his Naval Service, he also completed his graduation in Law from University of Bombay; further, he went ahead with his Post graduation in Personnel Management & Industrial Relation. Soon after his retirement from Navy he joined Central Excise & Customs under the Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India and retired as the Sr. Superintendent of Central GST & Customs. He doesn't like idleness, hence enrolled himself as an Advocate in Bar Council of Odisha; and at present practicing at High Court, Cuttack. Born in Argal Village of Aali, Kendrapada, Sri Dhal still continues his romance with nature.
