This book consists of an alphabetical index, with approximately 9,000 entries. Many of the death records show "age at death" so a birth year could be established. A lot of the birth and marriage records show the woman's maiden name. Marriage records also show the people's place of residence. Many of the birth records were by family (Children of Joseph and Lois (Porter) Kingsbury: Lois, b. January 14, 1781; Oliver, b. June 24, 1782; etc.).
