He has been involved in a wide array of cases over the years, including Reynolds v Times Newspapers and Max Mosley v News Group Newspapers. He's just a very articulate, straightforward advocate who is a wonderfully rational thinker."Felicity McMahon is a barrister at 5RB practising in media law, including defamation, privacy and confidence, pre-publications/broadcast advice, contempt, copyright and data protection. Prior to joining 5RB, Felicity worked at the Ministry of Justice and at the Law Commission. While at the Ministry of Justice, she coordinated the Department's response to the Culture, Media and Sport Select Committee Report on Press Standards, Privacy and Libel.
