Notă biografică

Christopher E. Forth is the Howard Professor of Humanities & Western Civilization and Professor of History at the University of Kansas. His recent books include The Dreyfus Affair and the Crisis of French Manhood (2004) and Masculinity in the Modern West: Gender, Civilization and the Body (2008). Marike Janzen is Assistant Professor of Humanities in the Humanities & Western Civilization Program and coordinator of the Peace and Conflict Studies Program at the University of Kansas. She has published on connections between literature and social justice in twentieth- and twenty-first century Germany and Latin America. Damon Talbott is a PhD candidate in American Studies at the University of Kansas. His research focuses on the formation of taste and American cuisine at the intersection of consumption, nation, and transportation in twentieth-century history and geography.
