Bauknight shows pastors in medium-size churches (more than 150 in worship) and larger-size churches (more than 400 in worship) how to develop a lay volunteer staff to do the work of the various ministries within the congregation. The author discusses the use of laity teams to share responsibility for ministry, and the use of spiritual gift development to train volunteer staff.
