This book is inspired by the need to motivate and mentor up-coming employees or business people using real-life experiences. Many people never open up to benefit others for various reasons. This book will not only dwell on what others did to me but, also where I went wrong and, what I would do now with hindsight. It is only by giving the reader the full perspective, that he or she will appreciate the situations and learn from them. The book has nine chapters with each representing a company that I worked for.
