Notă biografică

Ari Ciment's life story is a testament to humility and community service. Raised in a family of accomplished individuals, he emerged as a guiding light among them. Graduating as Salutatorian from the Hebrew Academy Class of 1992, he cherishes his alma mater and extends its values to his own children, Tehila, Jack, and Sam, all proud HA students. Ari's academic journey led him to Yeshiva University and Rush Medical School, where his passion for medicine ignited. His induction into the prestigious AOA Medical Honor Society highlighted his dedication. Anchored by faith, he's been a devoted member of Miami Beach Beth Israel for over four decades. His Pulmonary/Critical Care training at Mount Sinai New York culminated in being named Fellow of the Year in 2006. Since 2007, he's served as a compassionate Pulmonary/Critical Care Attending at Mount Sinai Miami Beach. During the pandemic years of 2019-2021, Ari's leadership shone as he presided as President of the medical staff, guiding the team with wisdom and care. Beyond the hospital, his contributions to the Florida Board of United Hatzalah/Israel showcased his commitment to helping others. As a current Pulmonary and critical Care fellowship director and a valued teaching faculty member at Nova Southeastern and FIU medical schools, his dedication to education shines. Ari's impact extends to the literary world with the authorship of three books, "Pirkei Dr. Ari", "Coronavirus Pandemic" and "Dr. Ari's Haggadah." His knowledge graces the academic sphere through contributions to the McGraw Hill Textbook on Critical Care. A devoted Hebrew Academy board member for a decade and a vital part of the medical committee during the measles epidemic, Ari's story reminds us that humility and service form the foundation of true accomplishment and impact.
