Jan Walulik, PhD is head of the Civil Aviation Laboratory at the Centre for Antitrust and Regulatory Studies, Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw, and an attorney practising in commercial and corporate law. He also lectures in air law at the Warsaw School of Economics, Poland.
