Notă biografică

Peer Sylvester started his career in boardgaming quite early, because his dad needed an opponent in chess. In third grade he wanted to become a professional chess player. Instead he turned out to become a teacher for math and chemistry. An award-winning board-game designer of titles like The Lost Expedition, The King is Dead, and Wir sind das Volk!, he has written a number of books on the subject.Deirdre de Barra is an Irish artist and illustrator. She has been involved with the Irish Small Press contributing to many comics, zines and anthologies, and in 2014 illustrated the comic Brian Boru and the Battle of Clontarf / Brian Bóroimhe agus Cath Chluain Tarbh. These days she no longer works digitally but has found her way back to traditional media, primarily pencil, ink and watercolour.

Recenzii

An amazingly cool production from Osprey Game
More than a game - and a compulsively playable one at that - Brian Boru feels like a revelation
