This manual is a guide for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of bridges for military installations. It is a source of reference for planning, estimating, and technical accomplishment of maintenance and repair work and may serve as a training manual for facilities maintenance personnel in the Army and Air Force engaged in maintenance inspection and repair of bridges. It provides guidance for typical maintenance and repair of bridges to retain them in continuous readiness for support of military operations.
