Broken for Purpose

This book was not an easy project to complete. Sharing my life story with the world came with the fear of judgment, and feelings of shame. But it was a story that I felt compelled to share...one that I wanted to convey to the world. I wanted to tell the world how, through the power of God, I overcame every obstacle that was thrown my way. I am a young lady who isn't yet out of my twenties, and I have had so many bad things happen to me since I came into this world.

Many things I couldn't write in this book so I took the most important and impactful things to share with everyone who is reading this book. I wanted to show each person that they have the power to overcome anything. I have experienced so many traumatic things...from being raped, becoming a teen mother and a victim of domestic violence, to using drugs and alcohol, to divorce. I went from relationship to relationship, from one bad habit to the next, trying to fill a void and find love, but I did not find true love until I found God, and began to love myself.
