Notă biografică
Ilona Chovancova kam vor 30 Jahren aus Tschechien nach Paris, wo sie seither als Mutter zweier erwachsener Töchter lebt und arbeitet. Ihr Beruf als Grafikerin, ihrem Interesse zu Kreation und Fotografie und ihre Leidenschaft zum Kochen hat sie dazu gebracht Kochbücher zu verfassen. In der Zwischenzeit war sie für mehr als dreißig Kochbücher als Fotografin, Autorin und Foodstylistin tätig.
